Coris Call Center

Coris International is a company whose aim is to provide medical and technical aid to persons travelling around the world both for business and private purposes.

Owing to a network of offices located in over 40 countries and cooperation with correspondents on five continents, Coris is able to take care of its customers in each corner of the world. The system of complex cooperation with emergency road services, hospitals, physicians, hotels, sanitary transport companies, airlines, and many other subcontractors guarantees full safety. The customer is provided with care immediately after the event, he also receives legal, medical, financial support, and last but not least, help in pursuing claims from insurance companies.

The ever increasing number of customers and divisions means an increasing number of events to deal with. The company started to look for new IT solutions, which will make work at its divisions more efficient.

The statistical functions provide quantitative lists of customers according to various criteria, for instance, country of origin, type of case, age groups, settlement amounts, monthly distribution during a year or company profit. Additionally, the software has functions enabling updates of libraries of the software such as: insurance company base, car workshops, company subdivisions, foreign payers as well as parameters of settlements and accounting.
